Your enquiry is very important to us and we want to ensure that the system we design meets your need and our quote reflects all of the work required.  A Site Survey enables us to do this.

A Site Survey is highly recommended so we are able to:

• Fully discuss your needs and how you use your heating
• Survey your existing system where applicable and ascertain the exact work required, often saving you money.
• Explain the different options to you.
• Recommend the correct installation for your needs
• Give you options along with our recommendation
• Help you select the solution that best suits your needs
• Let you know of any current special offers you qualify for
• Provide you with a full, fixed price quote for your work

We offer Site Surveys either by a visit to your home by one of our engineers or we arrange a WhatsApp or Facetime video call with you and do everything over the phone!

To arrange a Site Survey by one of our Engineers in your home, simply use the adjoining contact form with the subject line of ‘HOME VISIT SITE SURVEY REQUIRED’. Please ensure you complete the necessary details, especially a contact phone number (ideally a mobile number).  It would also be useful for your to provide the following information in the ‘Your Message’ section

• Your address

• Any preferred survey time/dates
• If you are able to, please give a brief description of the work required eg Boiler replacement, New Heating System etc

One of our friendly engineers will then contact you to arrange the free, no obligation Site Survey survey

We usually respond to you within 1 working day.

A Video Site Survey enables us to provide you with a fixed price quotation without a visit from one of our engineers.  It’s easy to set up, convenient and takes up less of your time.

We connect with you via WhatsApp or Facetime and discuss your requirements over a video chat.  We’ll ask you to show us certain aspects of your system (eg current boiler location) and give you a guaranteed, fixed price quotation at the end of the chat. 

To arrange a Site Survey over WhatsApp or Facetime, simply use the adjoining contact form with the subject line of ‘VIDEO SITE SURVEY REQUIRED’. Please ensure you complete the necessary details, especially the contact mobile phone number you would like to carry out the Video chat over. 

It would also be useful for your to provide the following information in the ‘Your Message’ section

• Your address

• Any preferred survey time/dates
• If you are able to, please give a brief description of the work required eg Boiler replacement, New Heating System etc
